WHAT:
A public forum, sponsored by the Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago, where representatives for the Illinois gubernatorial candidates will share their proposals for funding public education in Illinois. Rich Whitney, the Green Party's candidate for Illinois Governor, will present in person, as keynote speaker. Whitney is the only ballot-qualified candidate in the race supporting the widely-popular income for property tax swap, commonly known as House Bill 750, also making him the only candidate proposing an education funding plan that does not involve state-sanctioned gambling.

Individual media interviews with Rich Whitney will be available by appointment, starting at 5:00pm.
